Honeymoon or Vacationing Philippines: Camiguin Island All Inclusive Holiday Resorts

If you’re a diver or snorkeler or you’ve wanted to try, there’s no better place to get started and check out green sea turtles, painted frogfish, peacock mantis shrimp or hydroid decorator crabs at one of the numerous marine sanctuaries surrounding the island. Many astoundingly simple yet especially charming resorts and accommodations abound, but it’s nearly impossible to find any for over $100 US, and during low season nice rooms at the beach in small boutique-type resorts can be had for as little as $25 at current exchange rates for that once in a lifetime honeymoon or vacation event.

The Republic of the Philippines is in the category of “developing” nations whose residents live mostly below anyone’s marker of poverty, often in squalid, crowded conditions. And, considering it is a nation of over 7,000 islands, it is remarkable that Camiguin is as notable as it is. This is partly because of its fortuitous location, at a distance and uncorrupted from crowded, noisy and aggressive metropolises as well as hordes of tourists. It also might stem from the many visitors who seem to have kept this jewel as guarded as a little secret of their own.
